Did you know that drawing, singing, dancing, knitting, any creative practice, actively reduces stress hormones and promotes calming of our nervous system?

Lots of us don’t draw, sing or dance, because we think we are no good at these things, but they are practices that humans have innately done since the beginning of time!

Even just 5 minutes of drawing stick figures, dancing like a weirdo or singing in the shower can actively bring you out of a state of anxiety, panic and stress. Give it a try!
