Caitlin and Lizzie are the co-founders of Rumpus, and co-designers of the MakeShift Program. In 2016 they launched a Workplace Creative Teambuilding service, working with clients across Sydney and the Illawarra. They are currently launching a pilot, in partnership with iCare NSWto work with Injured Workers with a psychological injury, exploring creative habits to help the return-to-life journey.
In 2014, they co-facilitated Social Change 101, in partnership with the School for Social Entrepreneurs, training emerging business start-ups with innovation skills.
Caitlin currently works as a trainer and educator with The Full Stop Foundation and Rape and Domestic Violence Services Australia. This work includes delivering Managing Workplace Vicarious Trauma training in large organisations such as NSW Police, Justice Health, Defence, and in Universities.
Lizzie has worked in sustainability education for close to two decades and has faciliated countless adult education training programs, workshops and skills focused initiatives. Her work has included training and education in government, community sector and environment and heritage.
